Bamboo is an easily renewable grass which can play an important part in tackling climate change. As a raw material it is excellent both for environmental and economic sustainability in rural areas. It takes up little space, grows to maturity in under 5 years, and can be harvested regularly.

This producer is a family business, established in 2000, with workers from the Tegalalang area. The raw material comes from neighbouring Java and villages around Bali.
