Registering as a customer

To open a trade account with us please either complete and submit the registration form online, or give us a call on 01904 670321 to set up your account over the phone. If accepted we will provide you with login details for the trade website as well as a copy of our latest catalogue. Once logged in to the trade website you will have access to prices, and will be able to send through your first order when ready.

Placing orders

Orders can be placed:

Ordering online

  • Log in using your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgotten your password?" link to receive an email giving instructions to reset your password. If you don't receive the email, please check your junk/spam folder and then let us know.
  • Once logged in, you may do the following from your Account page:
  1. View your contact information and delivery address(es). Please let us know if anything is incorrect.
  2. Add a previously placed online order to the shopping cart, to create a new order. (Please note orders placed before 22 January 2019 will not be shown.)
  3. Change your password
  4. Track online orders. (Please note orders placed before 22 January 2019 will not be shown.)
  5. Log out
  • Finding products:To find products, navigate through the menus to the categories and sub categories, or enter a product code or part of a description in the search bar, or use the "Quick Order" link from the main menu.
  • Quick order:Enter a product code and select the quantity. When you're happy with the selection, click "Add to Cart". You can do this one product at a time or select a number of products before adding to the cart.
  • The "New/Back In" category divides into:
  1. New Arrivals (new products which we have arrived in our warehouse)
  2. Coming Soon (new products which are on their way to us - an approximate due date is shown on each product)
  3. Back In (deliveries of replacement stock over the last few weeks which were previously out of stock)


We won’t ask you for card details upon checkout. If you are a new customer, once your order has been packed you will receive a proforma invoice by email – you can then arrange payment by BACS, cheque, or phone us on 01904 670321 to pay by card. You will only be invoiced for the products that are available at the time.


We ship to most countries excluding USA and Canada.

Delivery/shipment charges are determined by order value and destination. These are outlined here.

Proforma orders are despatched as soon as payment is received, and orders placed on credit will usually be despatched within 2 working days. All UK mainland orders are despatched by Parcelforce 24 hour delivery, orders to the Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland will take 48 hours.
