Why do I need to log in?

For your own security, and to enable you to view our trade prices and place orders online, we require you to log in to your account. We use your details to be able to contact you regarding your order and to inform you of any changes to the website. We do not pass on any information about our customers to any third parties.

How do I log in?


You need to be an existing Shared Earth customer and have an online account with us in order to view trade prices and to be able to make a purchase.
Log in is by email address and password. Please let us know if you change your email address.
Please contact our sales team if you don't already have an online account.

How can I set up a wholesale account?


If you are an existing business wishing to sell our products, please contact our sales team who will set up an account for you. You may then log in and purchase goods on-line. Alternatively, you may order by phone, fax or post. For your first order, we require payment to be received before the goods are despatched. You will be sent a credit application form with your pro-forma invoice. Please complete and return this form if you wish us to set up a 30-day credit account for subsequent orders.

How do I find and select a product?


There are different ways to find products:

  • Click on the appropriate links to browse through the categories.
  • At the top of the screen is a search facility. You may enter part of a product description or a product code. You will be shown the products that match your search request.
  • If you know the product codes of the items you wish to purchase, you may select the "Quick Order" link in the top menu. From here you key the product codes and quantities that you require.

Are all your products available to purchase online?


All the products in our current catalogues are available to purchase online unless they have been discontinued and we are out of stock.

Is ordering from your website secure?


Yes, Shared Earth uses data encryption preventing unauthorised parties from reading the information that you send and receive.
We do not take payment on our website. You will be invoiced when the goods are ready to be despatched.

Can I see if a product is out of stock?


The stock status (i.e. "in stock" or "out of stock") is shown against each product. However, please be aware that the stock levels are only updated to the website once per day, and therefore may not be completely up-to-date. Only back orders totalling £40 or more will be sent out. If less, we will wait until we receive another order from you.

When will my goods arrive?


Your goods should arrive within 5-7 working days.

What do I do if I am not happy with any goods?


We will accept return of goods in a re-saleable condition for credit. They must be well packed for return transit. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information. If you wish to return any goods, please contact our sales team who will give you delivery instructions.
Non-Returnable Items: Please note, for hygiene reasons some items may not be returned unless faulty or damaged. This includes earrings, food items, drinking straws.

What if my goods arrive damaged?


Please notify our sales team of any damaged goods you receive within 7 days of receipt of your invoice.

Do you have a printed / digital catalogue?


Yes, please contact our sales team if you would like a copy of our catalogue.
