PALO SANTO or 'holy wood' comes from the sacred trees of South America and has been used for centuries in shamanic ceremonies and healing rituals. The fragrant smoke of this mystical wood grounds and clears the energy in preparation for meditation or yoga. It enhances the vibration of any space and facilitates inner-creativity for those open to its magic.

Each bundle is unique and therefore the size and colour may vary.

Directions
Carefully light one end of the smudge stick using a small flame. Allow it to burn for a few seconds, then quickly blow out the flame. Move the stick around the area you wish to clear, letting the smoke cleanse away any negative energy.
Place the smoking wood stick on the ceramic holder to catch any embers during smudging. Make sure to set new intentions to fill your cleansed space!

Caution
Keep out of the reach of children and pets. Never leave the burning or smouldering stick unattended. Always burn in a well ventilated room, away from draughts and flammable materials. Ventilate during and after use and avoid inhaling the smoke. Use on a heat-resistant surface.
