There’s something wonderfully nostalgic about these original old irons. Once an everyday household essential, each one has worked hard in a previous life and is now ready to bring a little history and character into the home.

Made from solid iron with a beautifully aged wooden handle, every piece has its own patina, markings and signs of years gone by. Look closely and you may find embossed lettering, maker’s marks, worn surfaces and subtle differences in shape and detail. No two are exactly the same, and that’s what makes them so interesting.

These irons make striking decorative pieces for a shelf, fireplace, kitchen or utility room, and sit beautifully alongside other vintage and reclaimed treasures. There’s no need to plug this one in. Its ironing days are well and truly behind it.
