Old brick moulds make surprisingly brilliant furniture. This characterful three drawer chest has been created using upcycled wooden brick moulds, transforming pieces with a hardworking past into practical storage with a wonderfully rustic feel.

The warm, aged wood is framed with metal detailing that gives the chest an appealing industrial edge. Natural variations in the grain, old markings, knocks and signs of previous use have all been left to tell their story. No two pieces are exactly the same, so yours will arrive with its own character already built in.

With three handy drawers, there’s plenty of room for all those smaller things that have a habit of wandering around the house. Use it for stationery and paperwork, craft supplies, accessories, keepsakes or everyday odds and ends. Its tall, narrow shape also makes it particularly useful when you want extra storage without taking over the room.
