Once used in the traditional process of making bricks, these original wooden moulds have been rescued and reimagined as wonderfully colourful storage pieces, bringing a little history and plenty of character into the home.

Each mould has been carefully upcycled, with the original company logo removed before being finished with colourful hand painted decoration. The aged wood still shows the knocks, marks and worn textures gathered during its previous life, while the painted floral details give it a cheerful new personality. No two are exactly the same, so each one feels wonderfully individual.

Use yours for keys and post in the hallway, toiletries in the bathroom, stationery and creative bits on a desk, or all those little odds and ends that never seem to have a home. It also looks rather lovely sitting empty on a shelf, although we suspect it won’t stay empty for long.

Giving these old brick moulds a new purpose keeps existing materials in use while preserving the character that makes them so interesting in the first place. Every scratch, worn edge and variation is part of its story, with a splash of colour added for the next chapter.
